Customer Merge Window Now Opens Correctly

We resolved an issue where selecting two customers and clicking the Merge button did not open the merge pop-up.

What’s Fixed

• The merge pop-up now displays properly when two or more customer records are selected

• Ensures users can successfully merge duplicate customer profiles

This update restores expected functionality for managing and consolidating customer records.

Flickering Removed on Dispatch and Schedule Route Datagrids

Some users experienced flickering in the route datagrids when they were resized to a specific height.

Update Highlights

• A default maximum row height is now enforced

• Rows display a single line of text, preventing rapid height changes

This improvement ensures a smoother and more stable grid display across all devices.

Sorting on Dispatch Overview Now Persists

Previously, sorting any column on the All Events tab of the Dispatch Overview would reset after approximately 15 seconds.

Fix

• Sort order now remains applied even as the screen refreshes

• Ensures consistent viewing and analysis of event data

This update improves clarity and reduces repetitive actions for dispatch staff.

Fixed Issue Preventing Calendar Trips from Updating

A data-specific issue caused a handful of calendar trips to become stuck, preventing users from end-dating or editing the trip.

What’s Improved

• Calendar trips can now be ended or modified without triggering errors

• Applies to all data scenarios previously affected

This fix ensures customer schedules can be updated reliably, even for long-running or complex recurring trips.
