Desktop Application

 

  • We have recently introduced an error reporting tool to more effectively pinpoint random issues within the desktop application. We appreciate all users who submitted their error reports while this tool was active. To minimize disruption for users, we will temporarily disable this error reporting tool as we review the issues reported over the past week.

  • A problem was discovered in the MTM sync process that was hindering the processing of canceled trips. This has now been resolved, ensuring that the MTM daily trip sync will correctly cancel trips.
  • We have implemented further enhancements to the customer search feature to boost search speed and resolve certain errors that may have triggered our error reporting tool. Users might experience a short disruption of the customer search function around 6:00 PM PDT tonight, expected to last just a few minutes.

  • A problem was resolved where users entering data for a new trip would have their input erased if another user saved or created a new calendar trip.
