Desktop Updates:

  • Bug Fix: We've addressed a critical issue where, in rare cases, trips would immediately unschedule after being scheduled due to a complication with duplicate workdays. While this issue impacted only a limited number of users, it was significant for those affected. We've taken corrective measures to ensure this doesn't recur.

  • Fairmatics Integration: As part of our ongoing partnership efforts, we've added settings to support the integration with Fairmatics. Fairmatics is an insurance company that will soon offer insurance solutions to fleets using our app. Stay tuned for more updates on this collaboration!

Web Updates:

  • Fairmatics Integration: Added support settings in anticipation of the collaboration.

  • Billing Information Section: Updated to now include Client Profile Data.

  • Carrier Registration: In order to streamline communication and ensure uninterrupted notifications, we've added a field for the "Legal Business Name" on the Client Page. This is especially beneficial for customers whose Mediroutes account names differ from their legal business names.
