8/24/2023 Hotfix

A new version of the Android Mobile App was deployed to the Google Play Store.  This version includes a small change so that users are prompted to enable notifications if they would like.  This function was missing from the latest Android release, and as a result many users were unable to receive messages without turning them on manually.

Once you update to the new app, you will be prompted to grant the app permissions for notifications.  If you click yes, the MediRoutes Mobile app will be able to send you updates when the app is in the background (such as when you are in a Maps application), for schedule changes and messages from dispatch.  If you click no, you will still receive messages and schedule changes, but will be unaware of them until the app is actively being used.
