As part of our ongoing commitment to improve your experience with MediRoutes, we're excited to share some important news with you. Our team has been hard at work, and we're pleased to announce the release of a new installer, available now.

Why a New Installer?

Our journey to enhance MediRoutes led us to upgrade our installer in order to take advantage of modern features and technologies previously unavailable. This is a foundational improvement designed to streamline your installation process, ensuring a smoother, more reliable setup experience. Apart from the installer, the application remains the same with no functionality within the software having been changed.

How to Install?

To ensure you benefit from the latest enhancements without any hassle, we've detailed every step of the installation and opening process within our knowledgebase. All of the steps should be very straightforward, but we recommend referring to this resource for clear, straightforward instructions if have questions.

A Note on the Previous Version:

The old version will continue to function for now, but you will no longer receive any additional software updates until the application has been installed using the new installer. 

To avoid any confusion and to keep your system tidy, we advise uninstalling the older version of MediRoutes. Instructions for this process can be found in the knowledgebase article linked above. Following these steps will help ensure that you continue to use the latest version of the software, taking full advantage of the improvements we've made.

Web App Update:

In addition to the update to the MediRoutes Desktop Installer, we made an update to our Web App to fix an issue with the password reset link.  This link should once again be working as intended, allowing you to update your password as needed, or reset your password if it is lost.
