Notifications Update:
We've completely redeveloped our notifications system to enhance usability, improve troubleshooting processes, and ensure more reliable delivery. Access the new notifications feature on mediroutes.com!
User Guidance for Transition:
- Template and Schedule Transfer: Users who have not participated in our recent webinars are advised to review the notifications documentation in our Knowledgebase (https://support.mediroutes.com/knowledge/notifications) and join the upcoming webinar for a comprehensive overview of the new system.
Notifications Pricing Update:
- Free Notification Period: All notifications sent under our new system are free until the end of the current billing cycle on March 31st.
- New Pricing Structure: Starting April 1st, notifications will be billed as follows on future invoices:
- Standard notifications: $0.05 each
- Notifications with a "Where's My Ride" link: $0.10 each
- Notifications with a white-labeled "Where's My Ride" link: $0.20 each
Desktop Client/Server:
- Introduction of 'Primary Notifications Number': A new field has been added to prioritize which contact number is tried first for notifications.. This field can currently be used to update the primary point of contact for a customer manually, and a future update will add this number to the notifications priority list.
- Notification Access Update: The Trip Notifications Tab has been replaced with a single sign-on hyperlink, streamlining access to the updated notifications section of the web app.
