3/7/2024 Release Notes

API Enhancements and Fixes:

  • MTM Integration Improvements: Addressed and corrected issues leading to 400 errors in the MTM integration, primarily related to null reference exceptions. This update aims to reduce the reliance on the 'sync' function by ensuring more reliable data exchange and processing.

  • New API Endpoint for Trip GUIDs: Introduced a new API endpoint that allows querying of trip GUIDs within a specified date range for a particular funding source. This feature enhances data accessibility and supports more targeted trip management.

Notifications System Updates:

  • Enhanced Notifications Templates: Implemented new options within the notifications templates to offer additional control over how notifications are sent:

    • A checkbox now determines whether passengers receive multiple notifications from the same template. Unchecked, passengers will receive a notification for each trip; checked, they'll only receive the earliest trip notification. By default, all existing templates should have this option enabled.
    • A dropdown selection allows users to specify notification recipients based on trip type: All trips, Appointment only, Return only, or Will calls, enabling tailored communication strategies. By default, all existing templates should have this set to 'All Trips.'  Combined with sending one notification per passenger, all templates should mimic existing functionality.
  • 'All Non-Canceled' Filter for Trips: Added a new 'All Non-Canceled' filter to the trips view, providing a overview of active trips for the day. This should help to ensure you are reviewing only non-canceled trips.   Additional updates will be coming to the dispatch screen in the future to provide a better suite of trip views.

Web UI Improvements:

  • iOS Display Glitch Fix: Resolved an iOS-specific issue where a transparent black box would incorrectly appear, addressing a minor but noticeable UI glitch.

  • Popover Notes Correction: Corrected the placement of popover notes to ensure they accurately point to the correct sections and are fully visible on the screen, enhancing the clarity and usefulness of on-screen information.

Infrastructure Updates:

  • Email Service Transition to SendGrid: Completed a seamless migration from SMTP to SendGrid for email services. This internal change enhances our email delivery capabilities without requiring any action from users or affecting their experience.

These updates reflect our commitment to improving the functionality, stability, and user experience across our platform. We continuously strive to address user needs and incorporate feedback into our development process.

Warm Regards,
