The largest change that you may see is an updated acceptance of our new MSA (Master Service Agreement).  We kindly request you to check your email inbox for a message from our esteemed Founder, Steve Smith, as it contains detailed information regarding this new MSA.

We would like to emphasize that clients who receive subsidies from MediTrans are currently exempt from this notification, and therefore, there will be no new changes affecting your organization at this time.

We understand the importance of ensuring a smooth transition and want to assure you that once an authorized user from your organization agrees to the MSA, it will no longer display, allowing you to focus on your core operations without any interruptions.

In addition to these changes we are excited to announce that we have included some additional settings in preparation for the final stages of our ongoing collaboration with Fairmatics. This partnership holds immense potential to revolutionize the industry, and we cannot wait to share more exciting information about this collaboration in the near future!

On our Web Application,  we have relocated MediRoutes Academy within the side-panel for easier navigation and convenience. This enhancement ensures that users can now effortlessly access the wealth of knowledge and resources offered by MediRoutes Academy without having to navigate through multiple pages or documentation.
