Desktop Release 3.0.0.193

Desktop Updates:

  1. Routes Running Late Notification: We've introduced a popup notification for routes running late. It activates when a route's ETA surpasses the current time and currently runs every 5 minutes.  Once a driver has completed their pull-out event for the day, they will no longer show on the list of late routes.  This will only apply to routes that have runs scheduled to them.

This feature is off by default and can be enabled in the Data => Other => Settings screen.

  2. Driver Assignment For Run Templates: Now, when assigning drivers in run templates, our system checks for existing driver assignments to prevent conflicts. You'll receive a notification to confirm if you want to assign a new driver where one already exists.

  3. Real-Time Route Edits: Changes made to routes, such as time or address modifications, now update in real-time across all screens without needing a page reload. This enhancement ensures immediate reflection of any adjustments made.

MTM API Changes:

  • In line with our policy to maintain the integrity of trip statuses, we've made two significant updates:
    • MTM can no longer cancel trips once they have started being performed.
    • Reinstatement of trips cancelled by a MediRoutes user through MTM integration is now restricted.

GPS Streaming Service Improvements:

  • We've resolved an internal authentication issue linked to our GPS streaming services. This fix is part of our ongoing enhancements to handle increased GPS load and will prevent issues like drivers not showing up on the realtime dispatch maps.

External API Update:

  • Adjustments have been made to ensure that trips marked as 'will call' maintain their status (indicated by yellow highlight) even after multiple time updates by integration partners.

We are committed to continuously improving our services to enhance your experience with MediRoutes. Your feedback is always welcome.

Warm Regards,

MediRoutes Development Team
