Web Client Updates:

  • Notifications Usage Report Improvement: Updated the notifications usage report to categorize notifications not only by type (text, email, voice) but also by tiers based on the utilization of a 'Where's My Ride' (WMR) link. This new categorization aligns with upcoming enhancements to our web platform and improves users' understanding of their notification usage.
  • Notifications Segment Counts: Added a summary of the number of segments that will be used when creating a template.  This will allow users to know the approximate size of the message they are sending to customers, while creating the template.
  • Admin Screens Redesign to v2: The admin screens have been updated to merge with some upcoming design changes, streamlining user interactions and increasing administrative efficiency. These upcoming changes are aimed at improving the overall user experience by making the interface more intuitive and easier to navigate.
