Desktop Client and Server Updates:
- Modivcare Time Zone Selector: Enhanced the Modivcare integration by allowing users to specify the desired time zone for trips. This update provides a more consistent and reliable method than the previous address-based API call. All funding sources will default to the time zone set for their MediRoutes client. This can be updated by editing your Modivcare funding source, selecting the address tab, and specifying the time zone from there.
- Calendar Trips End Dating Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where end dating a calendar trip did not remove future trips set beyond the end date. Users can now efficiently manage trip scheduling without needing to cancel trips individually.
- New Intro Screen with Marketing and Release Notes: We have updated the intro screen that is shown when you first login to MediRoutes to ensure it displays for all users. This screen will be regularly updated going forward and will include marketing information and release notes.
External API Enhancements:
- Optimized Webhook Data: Fixed an issue where duplicate webhooks were being sent with corrupt data, which caused some confusion with some of our integration partners. This update ensures only accurate instances of webhooks are transmitted.
- Vectorcare Mapping Correction: Addressed a mapping issue to ensure accurate space type listing, eliminating errors and discrepancies in trip postings due to space type mismatches.
Web Client and Server Developments:
- Mediroutes Academy Location Moved: Introduced the Mediroutes Academy in the Home Section of our Web Application, offering comprehensive guides for setting up new accounts and understanding core functions. This feature is invaluable for both new and existing customers, especially for onboarding new staff. This is now the root landing location for all non-admin users who go to the web app.
- Improved Access for Inactive Customers: Inactive customers can now log in to update payment methods, streamlining the reactivation process and enhancing customer autonomy.
Notifications API Improvements:
- Enhanced Callbacks to Client Profiles: Updated notification callbacks to forward passenger calls directly to the transportation provider's number listed in the client profile, improving communication efficiency.
- Error Message Suppression in Notifications: Implemented changes to prevent internal error messages from being sent back to customers, ensuring a smoother notification experience.
Modivcare API Updates:
- Address Changes in History: Now, any changes in Modivcare addresses are accurately reflected in the history, reducing confusion.
- Billing Amounts and History Record Fix: Corrected critical issues with billing amounts clearing out inadvertently and enhanced billing history record stamping for accurate reporting.
