6/24/2024 Release Notes

Modivcare API

  • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where Modivcare could update trips after the pickup event had already been performed. This update ensures that once a driver performs an event, no further API updates will be allowed for that trip. This fix addresses cases where users experienced trips being returned to a non-performed state after modifications by Modivcare during the drop-off phase.

External API

  • Bug Fix: Fixed a bug preventing mileage updates from using decimal values. This issue was reported by a user and required specific criteria to replicate. The fix ensures accurate mileage tracking and updates.

Web

  • Dispatch Screen Update: We have updated the web dispatch screen to support pagination. This enhancement significantly reduces both CPU and memory utilization, especially benefiting clients managing over 500 daily trips. Users managing large numbers of trips should notice a significant improvement in the performance of the web dispatch screen.
  • Trip Charges Controls: Multiple updates were made to the trip charges controls within trip intake. These updates primarily address bugs related to the proper calculation of after-hours charges and their accurate translation to the desktop application. Please note that a known issue persists where mileage billing items are sent with a 0 quantity value on the desktop for trips created on the web and later edited on the desktop. This issue does not impact the cost of the trip.
  • Phone Number Update Bug: Fixed a critical bug that prevented users from updating customer phone numbers within the web application. This fix restores the functionality, allowing users to update phone numbers as needed.
  • Map Zoom Bug: Resolved an issue where the map display would not change when address information was entered during trip intake. The map now correctly shows both the pickup and dropoff locations, as well as the route between them, restoring expected functionality.
  • Training Academy URLs: Training Academy URLs can now be used to directly link to specific content. This improvement primarily benefits users who reach out to our training and support staff, allowing them to provide direct hyperlinks to specific training modules or videos.

We hope these updates enhance your experience and address some of the issues you may have encountered. As always, we appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuous improvement.

Warm Regards,

The MediRoutes Development Team
