Desktop Client/Server Enhancements:

  • Driver No Show Reasons Dropdown: Implemented a dropdown for selecting driver no-show reasons on the home screen. This will allow you to update  any customized Driver No Show reasons that are currently set in a trip. 

    There is a known minor known issue with this update, where the changes not being logged in the change history. This issue, while minor and not affecting the use of the feature, is slated for resolution in our next update.

  • Pull Out ETA Adjustment: Updated the Pull Out ETA to default to the current time on the dispatch screen if a driver has not performed the pull-out event, offering more precise dispatch information. In the screen shot below, the route on the left reflects what this would currently look like at 4:00 PM, while the route on the right reflects what this will look like following this update. The ETA adjustments will only occur on the dispatch screen and will only occur when the driver has not yet pulled out for the day. 

  • ETA Display Fix for 'End Break' Event: Corrected an issue where ETAs after a break were displayed incorrectly. This fix, prompted by user feedback at our latest user conference, ensures accurate time reporting.  In the screen shot below, the left route shows what a break woudl like like currently, while the right route shows what a break would look like following this update. 

Notifications Enhancements and Fixes:

  • Scheduled Notifications for Inactive Clients: Addressed an internal issue where notification schedules were still triggering for inactive clients, unnecessarily using resources. This update prevents such triggers, ensuring efficient resource use while retaining schedules for any clients who may reactivate their accounts later.

  • New Client Setup for Notifications: Resolved a bug affecting a small subset of new clients during the setup process. This fix eliminates the need for the workaround previously employed by our support team, streamlining the onboarding experience.

  • MR Academy Update with New Notifications Video: Launched a new tutorial video in MR Academy, designed to help beginners navigate and utilize the notifications feature effectively.

Web Client/Server Updates:

  • Auto Logout Correction: Updated the auto-logout process to enhance security. The system no longer provides a countdown but directly logs users out, responding to concerns over the less secure countdown method.

  • WMR Customization Enhancement: Based on user feedback, the WMR customize label link now opens in a new tab, allowing users to edit White Label settings without interrupting their workflow on notification templates.


Operational and System Improvements:

  • Batch Trip Intake Functionality: Enhanced internal trip intake functions to include MTM and Modivcare API trip inserts, optimizing performance across all clients. 

  • Login Issue Resolution for Desktop 4.0: Fixed a system configuration issue that was preventing a small number of users from logging into the new 4.0 version of the desktop application, improving accessibility.
