3/26/2024 Release Notes

Desktop Client/Server Enhancements:

  • New Permission for Revenue Report: Introduced customizable access to the Revenue Report on the Schedule Tab, allowing for greater control over who can view revenue-related information.

Users with the 'hide trip charges' permission will now be able to access the report without seeing actual revenue numbers while users who previously did not have access to the report because they did not have access to the Admin screen, will now be able to access the revenue report.

This update was done by request from several of our customers who had conflicting needs for how they wanted the revenue report displayed to their users.   Thank you for the feedback!

  • Modivcare Reroute/Cancellations Update: Updated handling of reroutes and cancellations through the API by utilizing a new trip ID field as requested by Modivcare. With this update, we hope to restore functionality to reroutes and cancelations processed from MediRoutes to Modivcare.

Web Client/Server Updates:

  • WMR Consumer App Listing Fix: Corrected an issue where unscheduled trips were inaccurately listed as arriving "Now," which led to passenger confusion. The update provides clearer communication regarding vehicle arrival times.

  • White Label WMR Link Access for Admin Users: All admin users now automatically have access to the White Label WMR link configuration screen, streamlining the setup process for enhanced branding opportunities.

  • Critical Fix for Editing Trips: Addressed a significant issue that affected the saving of trip edits through the web application, ensuring that changes are correctly saved and reflected.

Modivcare API Improvements:

  • Enhanced Reroute/Cancellation Processing: Following the desktop client/server update, the Modivcare API now supports new trip ID fields for reroutes and cancellations, aiding in accurate trip management.

MTM API Updates:

  • Null Reference Exception Handling: Implemented fixes to address null reference exceptions, continuing to improve the API's reliability and reducing the need for manual trip imports.

Notifications System Enhancements:

  • Opt-Out Feature via Text: Responding with 'Stop' to a text notification now correctly triggers the 'opt out' flag for the customer, providing users with straightforward control over their notification preferences.

  • Primary Notification Number Inclusion: The Notifications system now prioritizes the 'Primary Notification Number' when determining the order of phone numbers used for sending notifications, ensuring the most relevant contact number is utilized.

These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to enhancing our platform's functionality and user experience based on feedback from our community and operational requirements.
