Desktop Update:
An uninstaller tool was added to the desktop application, to assist users who have not previously uninstalled MediRoutes. If you have not uninstalled the old version of MediRoutes desktop, you will see this popup:
As long as you have the permissions to uninstall applications from your device, you should select 'Yes' and proceed to the next step to download the uninstaller. If you do not have permissions or do not want to uninstall the old version, you can select 'No'. If you are not certain if you have the proper permissions, you should select Yes and attempt to run the uninstaller.
You can save the file in any location you desire. There should be no need to remember this location, as the uninstaller will be opened as soon as it is finished downloading. Your system will ask you if you woudl like the uninstaller to make changes to your device. Make sure to select yes, and after that another pop-up box will show up providing you with the progress of the uninstall. Once completed, the popup will go away, and you can login to the software normally.
Hopefully this uninstaller should ensure that users are not inadvertently opening the older version of the software.
