3/6/2025 Release Notes

Desktop Application

Several enhancements were made to data grid loading within the Home tab.  This should result in significant improvement to performance of the desktop application, especially in clients with large trip volume or for users with limited bandwidth.  This improvement on performance should be most noticeable in the Home screens of the Desktop Application and will be added to the Schedule and Dispatch screens in a future release.

Mobile Application

Three key bug fixes were resolved in the most recent versions of the iOS and Android mobile applications.

 - An issue was resolved where the device could be locked in either landscape or portrait mode, after capturing a signature

 - Clients who had the EnableAutoConfirmDryRun setting set to true would sometimes see a Dry Run that would not be auto confirmed, but would continually send messages.  This would prevent a driver from performing trips unless that driver had the ability to change their schedule and mark other trips as next on their schedule.  This has been resolved so that the excessive messages are no longer sent and the driver would no longer be prevented from performing trips on their schedule.

 - Clients who had the EnableAutoConfirmDryRun setting set to false had an issue where unconfirmed dry runs would show back up on a drivers schedule. This has been corrected so that even if a performed trip has not been confirmed as a Dry Run, it will still only return to the drivers schedule if a dispatcher unperforms the trip.

An update was also made in order to fix an issue with our API connection to Fairmatics.

API

Fixed an issue where Riders were not able to be marked as inactive through the API, even if they had no future trips set.
